50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable and is retained as the booking deposit if the booking is cancelled for any reason.
If the booking is cancelled with 7 days or more, the 50% deposit will be retained, with no further cancellation fee payable.
If the booking is cancelled with less than 96 business hours' notice, 60% of the total booking amount will be payable.
If the booking is cancelled with less than 48 business hours' notice, 100% of the total booking amount will be payable.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email. Cancellation notice periods are calculated based on business hours only.
